The Senior team lost to Ballymote in round 2 of the Championship last Sunday in Keash. The Gaels put in a good first half performance and led by two points half time, however when Ballymote scored a goal mid-way through the second half the Gaels collapsed and eventually lost on a scoreline of 1-13 to 0-7. The team was: David Quinn, Shane Barry, Keith McMorrow, Paul Brennan, Liam O'Connell, Paul Higgins, Derek Davey, Joe Henry, Frank Quinn, Paddy O'Grady, Vinny Boyd (0-5), Mark Tuohy, Johnny Quinn, Jarlath Lyons (0-1), Kevin Barry (0-1). Subs: Ciarain O'Connor for Kevin Barry, Eoin O'Connell for Joe Henry, John Craig for Derek Davey.

The Gaels play St Maloise Gaels in round 3 this Saturday 16th at 6.00PM in Tubbercurry.

The Juniors take on Easkey at home in round 1, 1st leg of the Championship this Sunday 17th at 5.30PM.

Our Minor team had a good 2-14 to 2-7 home league win over Coolaney/Mullinabreena on Thursday last. The team was:- Ricky Johnston, Conor Merrick, Declan Willis, Calvin Flynn, Shane Barry, Eoin O’Connell, Gavin McMorrow, Ciaran O’Connor (1–0) , Paul O’Grady (0-1), Robbie Johnston, Adrian McCann, Brian Boyd (0–5), Kevin Coleman, Keith Candon (0–5), Johnny Quinn (0–2), subs used David Quinn (1–0), Eoin Carroll, John Óg Conlon and David Willis.

The minors are away to Coolera/Strandhill this Thursday 14th at 7.00PM in the last league game.

The U-14's lost to Calry in the quarter final of the 'A' Championship last Friday - they now go into the 'A' Shield and take on St Michaels at home this Friday at 7.00PM. The team was: Stephen Keegan, Daniel Baker, Conor Carroll, Declan Benson, Alan Kelly, Darragh Lyons, Cian McDermott, Paul Higgins, Caolan McCann, Darragh Hailstones (0-1), Caolan Morrisroe (1-2), Aarron Kelly, Mark Callaghan, Mark Walsh (0-1), William Healy, Subs: Conal McCormack for D Baker, Andy Flynn for D Benson, Daire Kearns for M Callaghan, Conor Heffernan for A Kelly.

The Girls U12 team lost to Ballymote last Monday eveing. The team was: Ciara Kelly, Sheona Leyden, Aine Brennan, Jade Lyons, Lisa Callaghan, Macala McLoughlin, Mairead Tuohy, Rachel Boyd, Roisin Kearns (1-0), Sarah Walsh (1-0), Jane Benson (1-1), Maeve McMermott, Subs: Katy McCann, Eba McCann, Isobel Clarke, Kate Buckley, Danielle McGovern.

They take on St Pats at home this Monday at 7PM.
