The U13 team advanced to the final of the Feile Shield with a good win over Coolaney/Mullinabreena last Sunday. They now take on St Pats in the final at a date to be announced. The team was: Conor Heffernan, Paul Harrington, Mark Collery, Conor McGrievy, Andy Flynn, Cian McDermott, Alan Kelly, Enda O'Connell (0-3), Darragh Hailstones (0-3), Mark Keegan, Daire Kearns (0-1), Karl McKenna (0-2), Conal McCormack, Daniel Murphy (2-2), Luke Flynn (0-6) Subs: Ben Tuohy (0-1), Steven Willis, Niall Whelan (0-1), Niall Higgins, Darragh Kelly, Tomas Little.

The U20 team are away to Coolera/Strandhill in the first game of the 'A' Championship next Sunday at 2.30PM - please come out and support.

Connacht GAA are awarding bursaries of €1,000 to students attending Higher Education - the scheme will be open to members of the GAA who are attending a full-time Higher Education course and who are active participants in their Higher Education club. Further information and application forms for this year's scheme are currently available to download from www.connachtgaa.ie - closing date October 14th, 2011.

The club wish to express sympathy with the family and relatives of Pamela Conboy, Taunagh, Riverstown who died last week.
